Information Literacy
The early planning stages of a new IL model includes an introductory presentation for staff. This is one of the objectives for my research project, to provide teachesrs and students with a framework for teaching and learning technology, research, communication and thinking skills.

Is it your intention to structure in an IL course for all Year 7s in 2009?
Pippa and I are working on a new structure. The scope of its use with 2009 Year 7s is not decided. I am hoping that it will have some impact on the way we go about teaching and learning, especially in research/technology/communication rich subjects like English, SOSE and Science.
